SOVBI plants for manufacture of dry mixes and pieceworks from foam concrete
The Holding unites Russian and foreign SOVBI companies that have been specializing in development and implementation of leading-edge Russian technologies since 1989. Vsevolod Dmitrievich Vasiliev, Doctor of Engineering and author of more than 90 inventions, has been the head of the company from the date of its foundation.
Since 1997, the company’s major priority has been finding a solution to the problem of ultralightweight non-autoclave cast-in-situ foam concrete production directly on low-rise and high-rise housing construction sites. These activities were accompanied with commencement of work on production of foam concrete pieceworks used as permanent form on construction sites in the suburbs of St. Petersburg. Thereafter, the range of works was considerably extended.
SOVBI Holding is the producer and supplier of equipment for forming foam concrete-based products in individual forms or solid monoliths with their subsequent cutting into products with required dimensions. SOVBI technologies provide for curing of produced products in curing rooms or in natural conditions. Equipment packages are distinguished by their low metal- and energy consumption as compared to similar foreign or Russian products. We are constantly working on improvement of the produced equipment and on widening of our equipment range.
Currently, we offer unique SOVBI lines with 10 to 200 m3 daily capacity for configuration of plants for production of foam concrete-based pieceworks, silo tanks, screws, automatic metering hoppers for loose materials, activators, metal forms for foam concrete products of any type-sizes, foam concrete cutting plants, etc.
Our experts carry out engineering of foam concrete products producing plants, manufacturing, supply, installation and setting up of foam concrete equipment, optimization of process modes for local materials, including use of ash and other waste products, moreover, we provide constant technical support and consulting.
In addition, we supply SOVBI plants for production of pieceworks by vibrocompression method. We have developed a technology for production of colored facing plates from various cements and products from foamed gypsum and other materials.
At the moment SOVBI Holding, jointly with state water supplying company of St. Petersburg, is launching a plant for manufacturing dry construction mixes for production of foam concrete on the basis of cement and ash derived from sewage sludge combustion.
