SOVBI-10E - designed for monolithic foam fills in high-rise and low-rise construction, as well as thermal insulation of the pipelines and communications for various purposes with the carrier temperature from -180c to +600o C.
SOVBI-12E - Mobile unit of continuous action, designed for high-rise building: to fill the walls, roofs, attics, ceilings. Installation is indispensable for the construction of tall buildings with large amounts of foam concrete poured. Installation comes with two taps of the total capacity of 2.0 m3 and double reinforced foam generator at 460 liters. Productivity at the monolithic pouring - 70-80 m3 per shift.

Mobile unit SOVBI contains:
- Stationary closed mixer of volume batching.Developed hydrodynamics of mixing without breakdown of the foam.
- Foam generator without movable items for production of the stable building foam.
- Screw type pump, reinforced and especially designed for smooth, without the breakdown of foam, delivery the foam concrete up.
- Engine, combined with reinforced reduction gear.
- Hoses are reiforced, rubber, eased for foam concrete delivery
All equipment is wheeled and can be moved independently.

We may use different foam concentrate. Our technology and mobile equipment provides high-quality foam concrete density of 300 kg / m3 based on domestic raw materials and foam concrete of 130 kg/m3 based overseas.
